Meet Ginger (and Fred)

Fred and Ginger have had quite a journey at such a young age. These gorgeous 1 year old bonded Siblings; Dachshund-Corgi Mix; Dorgi’s!

We were able to save them just in time as their time was limited at the San Bernardino Shelter. They have left their orphaned life behind. No more fleas, ticks, hunger and fear. Despite what they’ve been through, they are eager to love and be loved.

Both are affectionate, love to cuddle and give kisses galore! They both love to play and play fetch! They love to play chase and zoom around the backyard. They are extremely sweet and smart! Every day they learn to thrive in a home and do well with their foster home regimen. They have great appetites (not finicky), love toys and once they trust you, they love hard!

They will do best with an experienced adopter that will help them continue to thrive and support them through their new life as safe pups. They had their photoshoot a week after they were saved. Those smiles say it all! In just that first week they slept in clean beds, ate yummy treats and food, played with new toys, learned to fetch, mastered the doggie door and were showered with love and affection. They are excited to find their forever home that will provide them the same and much more for years to come.

These siblings are bonded and are looking for a forever family together. If you are interested in these 2 treasures, please complete an Adoption Interest Application on our website www.jointhescars.org under “forms.”
