Hello! OUr names are Gina and Arusha. We are Irish Terrier Mix and a year old. We traveled all the way from Kosovo in Europe to find our forever home! We are a bonded pair that must go to the same home. When we first arrived we were both very nervous and scared. It took some time for us to get comfortable but with time and care from our pawesome volunteers and staff we have started coming out of our shell.
Although my sister and I are similar, I am the bolder of us. I am an adventure dog who is ready to investigate the world! I love to play. I am known to have the best zoomies. I enjoy playing in the courtyards and especially the grass. I am learning how toys work right now so they don't always make sense to me. Eventually I will get the hang of playing with toys but for now I create my own fun! I like to play with other dogs and have been in play groups where I did great. I am the more social of my sister and I. Sometimes I get jealous when my sister is getting scratches. I just want scratches too!
We would do best with a home with a yard that gives us enough space. We need an owner that will be patient with us. We are doing great and gaining more confidence every day but will need someone who will be willing to work with us.
