Gin Australian Cattle Dog / Blue Heeler & Cattle Dog Mix Eugene, OR

Gin is a playful, smart, and loving 3-4 month old, 20 lb cattle dog mix. His foster tells us "He's the sweetest!! Loves snuggles and does extremely well with both my children and any neighbor kids that come and go. He's a total goofball and is most content when he's near people." He's done well with the dogs he's met. Speeding cars are scary to him, but he's doing great with his basic obedience. Potty training is coming along but remember he's still a pup and accidents happen.

He and his sister, Tonic, were found as strays in South Texas and hitched a ride in a plane to get to the PNW. He's been through a lot of changes in his short life, but he's very forgiving and eager to try. He's picking up on basic obedience commands quickly with positive reinforcement, and enjoys spending time playing with his foster people.

Gin will do well in a home that can keep his body, and his mind, busy with training, time with his family, and enrichment activities even into adulthood.

Gin is neutered, microchipped and has received age-appropriate core vaccines. Gin is being fostered in Eugene, OR and the adoption fee is $490.
