Meet Giannes

You're my now and forever my only. I don't want to wait when this path leads straight to you, the only story ever told. Now and always my only. Now and forever always. - from 'Only/All' by Francesca Giannis
Giannis is a big 3-month-old lovable goofball Lab/Chessy mix with a bit of prankster on the side. He currently weighs around 21 lbs and is expected to be a large boy when full grown. He is already crate trained and working on house training, leash training, and a few basic commands. He's still a baby so he will need continued training, guidance, and supervision throughout his puppy months. He is wonderful with everyone he meets and is great with the other dogs \and cats in his foster home. He's an active boy who loves to play tug and wrestle with the other dogs. If things get a little rough, he'll whine to distract the others just so he can better position himself...the prankster. He loves playing in the water but he's not the most graceful swimmer just yet, so he hangs out in the kiddie pool for now. Giannis is very good when traveling so he would love to go on adventures with you. He adores being with his loved ones and will cherish every bit of love and attention he gets. Giannis is already neutered, up to date on all vaccinations, current on preventatives, and micro chipped. He's ready to take the path that will lead him straight to his fun-loving forever family who will adore this fun-loving boy. You will be the happily ever after to his story...his one, his now, his always, his forever!

PUPPIES AND YOUNG DOGS GROW into the expectations of their families through love, care and consistent training. This, more than anything, defines their evolving behaviors. Puppies cannot be left unattended for more than 3 to 4 hours a day. Young pups can only go to homes with small children where the family is "puppy savvy" and has boundaries for both the puppy and the child.
PLEASE REMEMBER: The specific breed of any dog abandoned to a shelter or rescue is only the best informed determination of rescue in agreement with our veterinarians.
