Meet Gia

Hi my name is Gia and I am approximately one year old. I have spent my whole life in a shelter environment being sent from one shelter to the next at no fault of my own. I am a sweet girl and I just need somebody to give me a chance. I get along well with most other dogs and would do best with another playful dog. I am currently trained to use the dog door at the rescue and will require an adjustment period going into a home environment. I do however do just fine in a crate, so this is a good tool to help me adjust. I am pretty nervous with cats, so the rescue thinks that if I am going to live with a cat, it is going to take some time and training.
