Ghost 26/307's Story

Hi. My name is Ghost. Apparently I am a “75.6 lb puppy,” which seems rude to point out because I personally feel I am lap-sized.

I’m 10 months old, fluffy, handsome, and currently accepting applications for a new indoor kingdom to rule. My former dad moved away and left me with his parents, but between my size, my enthusiasm, and my complete lack of understanding of personal space, I turned out to be a little too much dog for them to handle.

In my defense, nobody told me I was big.

I’ve spent my whole life living indoors, and I would very much like to continue that lifestyle. I enjoy things like air conditioning, attention, snacks, and dramatically flopping onto furniture like I pay bills there.

I’m still very much a giant puppy, which means I’ve got energy for days and occasionally make decisions before thinking them through. I’ll need an active home that can keep up with me, continue my training, and help me become the majestic well-mannered gentleman I’m clearly meant to be.

I’m also rocking the long-haired look, so future adopters should be prepared for regular grooming. Great hair like this does not happen accidentally.

The good news? I’m reportedly good with kids, and even though I’d never been around other dogs before coming to the shelter, I did well with them here. Turns out I’m actually a pretty social guy.

My adoption fee is sponsored and reduced to just $40, and that includes:

Distemper/parvo vaccine

Rabies vaccine

Vet exam

Fecal test for parasites

General dewormer

Microchip

If you’re interested in meeting me and experiencing 75.6 pounds of fluffy puppy enthusiasm firsthand, please call to schedule an appointment: 256-362-5856
