My adoption fee has been Fully Sponsored! Hi I'm Ghandi! I'm estimated at around 3 years old and am a very good boy. I was found fending for myself deep in a remote area - thankfully, a Good Samaritan brought me to Guardians of Florida Animal Rescue, where I received all of the medical and general care I needed. I last weighed in at 71, and my rescue believes I'm an American Bulldog mix. I've been very well-behaved and friendly with other dogs and humans at the rescue, and I'm so excited to find a home that will take good care of me and love me. My $250 adoption fee is now fully sponsored and includes vet check, up-to-date vaccines, bloodwork, deworming, microchip, heartworm test (negative), and neuter. 1) Submit application 2) Application is reviewed for completeness and assigned to an adoption coordinator 3) Adoption coordinator verifies critical information on the application, contacts references and ensures that the requested animal is a good fit for the family 4) Adoption coordinator, in conjunction with rescue management, approves or denies application 5) Upon notification of approval, an adoption coordinator works with foster and adopter to set up an adoption appointment to bring your new family member home! We strive to work through adoption applications as soon as we can. We are 100% volunteer-based so it can take a day or two to complete the review. This also depends on the response time of your references. Should you change your mind or adopt a different animal after submission, please inform us so we do not spend unnecessary time on your application.
