Geoff is an all natural probably pure bred mini schnauzer male.  He was a stray at Animal Care and Control where he went to the elist because of food aggression.  He has shown NO food aggression or aggression of any kind in his foster home.  So what they saw at County was situational.  A very young dog possibly picked up in a snare at a strange place with strange dogs and people.  Hmmmm, he is a puppy and he was a stray.  Might he have been hungry??  He is now safe and looking for a new  home.  He is a  typical very active mini  and needs a home that can meet his needs.  He would be a wonderful dog for agility or other small dog sports. Or other dogs where he could run and play. He would love a home with other dogs for him to play with.  Right now he is in a foster  home with a small male standard schnauzer and a female giant schnauzer and doing well.  He goes for daily walks and and  is loving being spoiled.  Have you always wanted a mini puppy?  He might be the one for you.
Geoff's adoption fee is $275. If you are interested in this boy, please email us phxgsrescue@hotmail.com Applications in the immediate area are given preference and you need to be within driving distance to come and pick up a dog. We do not ship our dogs. When you adopt a dog from us and for some reason it doesn't work, the dog be returned to VSGSR and a full refund is given with in the first thirty days. Any dog adopted from us at any time comes back to Valley of the Sun Giant Schnauzer Rescue if the adopter can not keep the dog. We are responsible for our dogs for their lifetime. And we hope our adopters are also. Each dog will have been neutered, had full panel blood tests done, been microchipped and up to date on all of his shots. We do prefer that you be within driving distance of Phoenix to adopt one of our dogs. If the adoption doesn't work out for some reason with in the first thirty days, the adoption fee is refunded upon return of the dog. Our contract states that during the life of the dog, should something happen that you can not keep any of our dogs, the dog must be returned to VSGSR. Should a family member wish to adopt the dog, they would be given first priority. We are responsible for our dogs for their entire life.
