Meet Squatch
Squatch is an approximately five month old male Catahoula Leopard Dog/Lab mix. He is up-to-date on shots and will be neutered in the next few weeks. Gator is outgoing, active, and very smart. He is good with people and dogs. He hasn’t met cats, but will likely have to be taught that they are not toys to be chased!
Squatch is currently in Southern Colorado, but will travel for the right home! He is crate trained, working on leash and potty training skills, knows "shake" and "sit", and is getting the hang of "down". Gator will be likely be 80- 90 pounds when full grown. Because he is so smart and active, he will need a home that will keep him well exercised and out of mischief. He is a loyal companion and loves to follow you wherever you go!
If you feel your home might be the right place for this wonderful dog, the place to start is with the adoption application found at www.dfwrescueme.org/adopt. Once submitted, the foster will contact you to tell you more, and to arrange a meeting! The adoption fee for all of our dogs is $250.00, which includes their vaccinations and spay/neuter.
Squatch is participating in the DFW Rescue Me Guest Dog Program, so custody and ongoing care are provided by the foster, not by DFWRM.
