Garfunkel was surrendered by the owner of his mom (with his brother Simon, who has since been adopted). He is three months old and weighs 5 pounds. He will be available to meet this Saturday, December 16th at the Petsmart of Yorba Linda (5521 Mirage St.) from 1-5 PM during our weekly adoption event. If you are interested in meeting him, please complete an adoption application which is available on our website, poochmatch.com, under the adoption tab and can be emailed to us.
If you are interested in meeting this dog at our weekly adoption event on Saturdays at the Petsmart in Yorba Linda, CA (5521 Mirage St.) between 1-5 PM, please fill out an application from our website, poochmatch.com, and return it via email to email@example.com no later than 11 AM on Fridays. Due to the high volume of dogs and puppies in our foster homes, it is impossible to bring them all every Saturday. The only way to ensure that the dog that you are interested in will be at the adoption event is to FILL OUT AN APPLICATION AND BE APPROVED FOR ADOPTION. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that the dog you are interested in will be at our adoption event. If you cannot make the time frame of our events, appointments can be made at another time and location solely at the discretion of the foster parent.
Adoption fees are tax deductible and cover the cost of the mandatory and non-negotiable spay/neuter, rabies vaccine, 4 sets of distemper/parvo vaccines, microchip, microchip registration, fecal testing and deworming.
Puppies are not house-trained although they may have begun crate-training and/or potty pad training in their foster home, depending on their age. House-training is a process that will need to be completed by their adopter. Puppies, if left unsupervised and not redirected will develop negative behaviors such as using the restroom in the wrong place, chewing, barking, whining, etc. Please be sure to do research on raising a puppy and be sure that you are prepared to do so.
