Meet Gail

Meet Gail, a petite, super sweet but still spunky little lady! Gail is around 2.5 months old and became a Misfit after she and her siblings were orphaned at just 2 weeks old. This pet is spayed, up to date on all age-appropriate vaccinations and preventatives, heart-worm negative, and micro-chipped!

Gail is a perfect little lady that is your typical puppy – she loves to eat, play and sleep. Gail loves playing with her foster siblings and is a smart little girl. She always looks forward to finding new toys and absolutely adores her brother and other foster siblings. She thinks she’s the one that runs the show, but really they just let her believe that. Gail loves life like any typical puppy does.

Gail lives with foster siblings of all sizes and ages and loves everyone. Gail has been with her sibling her entire life, so she will need time to adjust in her new home. Like most hounds, she can be scared in new situations, but it takes her no time at all to figure out her surroundings and then she’s ready to play! Gail also lives with cats and sometimes thinks they should play with her, but as soon as the cat lets her know it’s not okay, she moves along in another direction. She hasn’t lived with children, but she isn’t a super nippy puppy and should do well with children of all ages and sizes. Like any young puppy, Gail will just need guidance to know what she is allowed to do and not do.

Gail is starting to work on potty and kennel training, but will definitely need work in these areas. She’s still young and is about to the prime age that puppies typically “get it”, but she will need a patient adopter that understands that she is just a puppy. Gail is still getting vaccines so she hasn’t really been out in the world to work on leash training. Gail just wants a family to love her and make her a true member of the family.
