Furrari Wirehaired Terrier Mix Jacksonville, IL

Meet Furrari our previous resident who is a Wirehaired Terrior mix of some sort, but never made it to petfinder because she was so cute she was snatched up before hand. Furrari left at 5 months old in February of 2022, so she is now well over a year old. Now unfortunately, she is back with us and being listed, she was return due to no fault of her own other than being a lot more puppy than originally anticipated by the adopter, she also soon revealed that she was not a fan of men. She has no shown an aggression towards men at the shelter just fear of them, Furrari has also shown to not like loud noises they do seem to startle her a bit. Furrari does get along with other dogs of both genders but shows a little too much interest in small dogs so we are recommending dogs her size and bigger to live with. She does love an extreme amount of attention but she also has shown to still be very much a puppy so she will need proper training and guidence. All of our animals are provided with age appropriate vaccinations, spayed/neutered and microchipped prior to adoption. To meet our incredible dogs and offer them the love they deserve, stop by PAWS on Friday or Saturday from 10 - 4 PM, call us at 217-243-7297. We do applications in person or over the phone. This deposit is not refundable nor transferable.
