Hey, I’m Frosty, but believe me, that name does not describe my personality. I’m about as fun and loving as they come, and am so excited to find a home where I can lavish all my love on a family forever!

I have lots of energy and am always up for a walk or hike, or some time exploring or playing with other dogs. That said, I can also calm down and chill with you inside once I know it’s time to relax. I’m truly such a loving, happy gal who just wants to be near you and get lots of love.

I get along great with everyone and I’m great with other dog friends! I’ve also done well living with cats in the past. I do need a few minutes to initially warm up to new people-I’m just a little unsure at first and may be hesitant/give you a little warning growl. Therefore, I need a family who can just give me patience in meeting new people and help me continue to learn that people are only good from now on! I’m also a big fan of cuddling and receiving affection. I like to be where my foster mom is and make sure I’m next to her. Some of my other favorite things: Kongs, balls, bones and stuffed animals. Anything that helps me play!

I’m in really good health overall! I do have some arthritis so a forever family would need to be on board with continuing my arthritis medication just to make sure my joints stay healthy (with all that energy I still have, I appreciate the extra joint health!)
