Meet Fresco

Fresco is a beautiful cream-colored German Shepherd X puppy that came from the same high-kill shelter in GA that Baxter came from. This puppy was in the same situation as Baxter, as his last day was the day that Rita called me, begging me to take him. Again, the shelter was full, and they were going to kill him. I couldn't say no, so he was vetted, neutered, and given everything he needed to come to NY a healthy puppy. He was in in a foster home in GA for a week or so, with some college students, that had 2 dogs and a cat. He got along great with all of them. He is now in a foster home in NY, with 2 dogs, 2 cats and 2 kids. He is wonderful with all of them! Fresco is housebroken, sits, gives his paw, gives "high-five", rolls over and comes when he's called. He is the perfect example of what a shepherd should be: loyal, obedient, intelligent, and full of personality. He's also a real lovebug!
