Meet Freddie and Suzie! They are around 2 yrs old, spayed and neutered and approx. 20 lbs each.
These two are litter-mates and have been together always. Freddie, the darker dog, is quietly affectionate and is likely to follow you wherever you go. He also has a funny habit of dancing on his hind legs when he wants something! Suzie has a more dominant personality and actively seeks out coziness and affection – if you sit down on the couch, she’ll hop right up and sit in your lap. Suzie loves playing with squeaky toys and can create a one-girl squeaky concert! And they both love nothing more than hopping into bed and burrowing under the covers with me when I indulge having my morning cup of coffee there.

Both dogs seem quite trainable – they have learned “down” and “sit” pretty well already. They are pretty good on the leash but they do love to try to chase squirrels…. Since getting them on a consistent eating and walking routine, there have been no accidents in the house. These two would prefer to be only dogs in home, they mostly ignored another dog in home but didn't want her approaching them. It is unknown if they are separated how they would do with another dog. Probably fine with proper time and introductions. They have not been around young children or cats so they are both unknown.

It would be wonderful for them to be adopted together, but they can be adopted individually. The adoption fee for both is $500 and all vet care has been completed.

We are in Rochester, NY, we adopt to people who live in the Rochester area. We do not ship our dogs and require home visits. Must live in area to adopt, will not respond to out of area/country requests. Additionally we require physically fenced yard for dog/pup to play in safely. Exceptions are sometimes made to this requirement but is up to the foster and more often done for the small breed dogs.

All our dogs have been treated with dewormer; heartworm tested (if age appropriate -7 mths or older); treated for fleas/ticks; microchipped; and examined by veterinarian plus given age appropriate vaccinations. We take every effort to ensure the health of the animal and you will receive a copy of all vet work performed at time of adoption. Dogs will be spayed/neutered thru us prior to finalizing any adoption.

We provide information on dogs age and breed based on what we are told by person surrendering dog or vet's best guess. While we try our best we cannot guarantee that this information is 100% accurate and can often be best guess in case of our lovable mutts.
