Meet Fred
The first step to adopting one of our pets is to complete an application at www.tapsusa.org. The adoption radius is within 50 miles of 37737 because we ask volunteers to do home visits prior to finalizing an adoption.
Fred is a social and lively little guy. He loves playing with other dogs! Fred is a little shy with some new people and takes his time - wagging his tail the entire time. He has that extra something that when he senses you are having a bad day - he is right by your side. Fred will we wonderful as a solo dog with plenty of attention or his most favorite thing would be to have a small playmate.
His former owner said he was great with kids with a proper introduction - but we don't feel he would be great in a super active household because of his shy tendencies.
Because Fred barks when he sees things outside that peak his curiosity, we are not considering apartments, condos or homes where he will be left alone for long periods of time.
