This precious girl needs a new home She is very happy and a bit silly, fine with dogs and cats and loves people.
Freckles needs a good bath but will clean up to be a beautiful mature girl. She will require regular grooming.
We believe she is 6-7 years old.
She knows how to use a dog door and needs to be a family indoor dog.
Freckles has, what appears to be an old injury to her right front foot that did not heal straight. She may not be an hour a day running partner or hiker, but has a great energy and will love to take casual walks around the neighborhood.
She may require medication to manage pain associated with over using the leg.

We cannot confirm that dogs who come from the shelter will be house trained.

Most adoptable dogs will need some reintroduction into a home, potty training, basic manners and social skills.

Please be prepared to provide the training and dedication that will be needed.

We do not have any way of knowing if a dog or cat will do well with all children or all other animals.

*** This is why it is important that we introduce everyone in the home to the new pet. Please plan to have the whole family come visit.

*** We also require that any family dogs come into meet your potential adoptee. Please be sure your dogs spayed or neutered, and current on vaccines (distemper - parvo and rabies) before bringing them to the shelter.

*** All dogs must be transported home in a travel crate to transport your new pup home safely.


*** Renters must provide a copy of a lease indicating pets are allowed or contact information for the landlord.
