Meet Franklin Roosevelt! Franklin is about 5 months old and a Norwich Terrier mix. He weighs about 8 lbs. When he first came into his foster home he was very nervous being around new people and dogs. Giving it a day he started warming up to the other dogs, cats and humans of the household. He is super sweet! Franklin has some spunk, he is curious, and he loves playing with his new foster siblings. He loves snuggling and exploring. But, being near his human is a favorite and loves learning new tricks and skills! Franklin's adoption fee is $100 and includes all puppy shots, neuter and a box of heartgard.
