Meet Franklin

Franklin is the most adorable boy, he will bark when you first meet him but then will run upto you for lots of love and affection. He loves other dogs so he would do great alone or with a friend. Franklin does have some minor separation anxiety (he is doing much better) so would do best with someone who is home a lot. He loves going on daily walks with his foster family and sitting in a sunny spot by the window.
