Hi, I'm Franklin! I was found as a stray at nine week olds, but that hasn't stopped me from loving life. I am a little furry ball of fun! My adoption fee is $400, plus a refundable $100 deposit once you provide proof of spay/neuter. Please note: All Arctic Rescue dogs are marked “Needs Experienced Adopter.” Northern breeds like me often have higher exercise, training, and care needs.
