Frank and Hal are bonded brothers who came to DRNA because their human dad passed away and his family asked us to find a good home for them. They would do best in an all-adult home. They like to sit on your lap and sleep under mounds of covers. They are sweet boys. They like to play with toys, Hal more than Frank. They will take off after squirrels, or any other wildlife so need to be in a fenced yard or on a leash - typical dachshund. They enjoy exploring in a fenced yard. No cats or small children. They are mostly housetrained, but not crate-trained, but need to be reminded to go outside. Currently, they are living with other dogs. Another typical dachshund trait. If you would be interested in adopting both Frank and Hal, please fill out an application for them. ***Applicants must be willing to drive to Ellicott City, Maryland (10 miles south of Baltimore) to meet and adopt Frank and Hal.**** Want to know more about Frank - no fee for 60+ adopter? Email DRNA representative at ann.donnawell@drna.org. Go to www.drna.org to fill out an adoption application.
