Foxy was an owner surrender. They had go her from someone who was giving her away and then figured out that they couldn't keep her either. Foxy is your typical Collie if you know the breed. She's needy and wants to be with her person. My collie was my dog but loved everyone else too. Foxy gets along great with all the other dogs and is learning to be crated and walks on a leash. She loves playing and being a puppy
