1 year old female Shepherd mix
Foxy is the sweetest wiggly gal ever! She loooves people and gets along well with other dogs. She suffered from a pelvic injury at some point in her early life but it is healed now and she gets around just fine. She may develop arthritis later in life but right now she is a happy active dog! She probably can't be a ski dog due to her injury but she'll ba happy to join you on most any other adventure you throw at her! She is so excited to meet her forever family and live a long happy life as a Jackson dog!

Please know that our intention is to insure long lasting committed homes for the animals at the AAC. If we feel that an animal and a potential owner are not a good fit we reserve the right to refuse adoption.

-We require potential adopters to foster a dog for at least one night prior to adopting once they have an approved application submitted.
-We welcome out-of-area adopters, but please be aware we do require prospective adopters to come to our facility and meet the animal in person. You may either foster the dog locally in pet friendly lodging (preferably with any other dogs you own) or if you choose to drive the dog back home you agree to drive the dog back to Jackson if the dog isn't a good fit. Before you make the trip we encourage you to fill out an adoption application and submit it, to be sure you will qualify to adopt. Adoption applications can be filled out on our website. We cannot "hold" any animal. We have a "first qualified adopter can foster first" policy.
