Meet Mabel! This poor girl started her life on a chain. Thankfully she made her way to the shelter where she has blossomed into a fun loving and happy girl. The shelter is no place for this beauty to live! She's looking for a foster home to take her in while she waits for her adopter. The shelter says she's an absolute angel! She loves other dogs and is super friendly!
