Meet Forest

Along with his mom and siblings, Forest was found abandoned out in the woods. Momma is a Jack Russell terrier, and she had found a tiny little covered area for protecting and nursing her babies. The gentleman who discovered the litter let us know about them, and we were able to get the puppies quickly into foster homes. The pups are about 14-16 weeks old now. Thanks to all the love and TLC from their foster families, they are all healthy, happy, friendly and well socialized. They are very playful, but they also love to be held and to snuggle.
Forest’s foster mom says “he is the biggest of the bunch but he still loves to be held! He’s a really good pup and I know his new family will love him.”
Forest weighs about 25 pounds. He is crate trained, microchipped, neutered, and up to date on all his vetting. Forest is ready for a forever home. If you’d like to make Forest a member of your family, please email bigyellowdog.wendy@gmail.com for an application.

Puppies grow into the expectations of their families through love, care and consistent training. This, more than anything, defines their adult natures and behaviors. Puppies cannot be left unattended for more than 3 to 4 hours a day. Young puppies can only go to homes with small children where the family is "puppy savvy". and has boundaries for both the puppy and the child.
