Floyd Labrador Retriever & Mastiff Mix Effingham, IL

Floyd lived his first four years in a kennel too small for him, barely ever getting out of it. He's learning how to be loved in his foster home, and has come such a long way. He's a Lab and Mastiff mix who is almost 5 years old now. There's still a road ahead of dedication and training that he'll need, so we're searching for the right family that will be able to give him just that kind of love. Floyd is treat motivated, so he's responsive to training; but, does need to eat and drink separate from others, or needs to be the only pet in the home. He LOVES to play and run, and is a super toy chewer dog! His foster family is slowly getting to cuddle with him. It's all new to him so patience, understanding and love is the key to this fellow's heart.
As are all EARS dogs, he is neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and currently receiving monthly prevention for flea/tick and heartworm.
