This absolute beauty is Flowerpot, and she is ready to meet her forever family! And also, their neighbors. And also! Their mailman.

Flowerpot is what we like to call a ham sandwich (aka a total goofball)! She is a well-intentioned, strong young pup who adores people but is still working on her manners, so a dog-savvy home with older, sturdy kids will be a great fit for her.

In the home, Flowerpot has her routine down: she loves to snuggle, she's quiet, and she knows that her bathroom breaks should be taken outside. Her foster says she's always attached at the hip wherever you go -if you're on the couch, she is up there with you often resting her head on your lap. When you return home, she is right by the door to greet you with wiggles and a little dance. She's content to hang out and be doted on like the perfect princess she is!

On walks is where Flowerpot needs a little extra help. This sweetie loves people so much that she gets frustrated when they walk away and sometimes decides that she should be the one responsible for taking the leash so she can address this great injustice. Unfortunately, she doesn't know her own strength and this can be -- a little chaotic.

Because she is still working on her manners and gets so excited about seeing friends around the neighborhood, we're looking for a quieter area for Flowerpot's forever home so she can make some progress on her jumping. We're also looking for a place where she can be the only pup: though she doesn't mind meeting some other dogs, she doesn't want to share her home with one. The girl needs her space, y'know?

Adoption fees for cats and dogs include age-appropriate vaccinations, spay/neuter, and microchip. Adoption fees are as follows, plus tax: $150 for large adult dogs (older than 1 year); $250 for small dogs (under 25 lbs) and all puppies (under 1 year); $60 for adult cats (over 6 months of age), $100 for kittens (under 6 months of age), and $25 for small animals. When you adopt a pair of kittens together, the total adoption fee is $150.
