Flower's Story

Flower is truly a miracle. When we picked her up from OC Animal Care her gums and tongue were white and she was on the brink of death. We rushed her to the hospital as fast as we could but she was fading. After extensive bloodwork and 8 hours at the hospital with her they said she would not make it without a blood transfusion and that even if we did the blood transfusion it could be too late anyway. We decided to try everything we could to save he4r and we gave her that blood transfusion and shortly after she was a brand new dog! To everybody's disbelief she pulled through better than ever. Now she's 9 weeks old and thriving! Because Flower is so young we don't know what her breed is but we believe she is a baby blue tick coonhound mixed with a smaller dog. Flowers adoption fee includes her vaccines, microchip and spay

Let's Rescue Dogs's Adoption Policy
The first step in the process is to apply for the dog you are interested in on our website, www.letsrescuedogs.net If approved, you will be contacted via email. You will be required to submit a virtual home check by recording a clear video of where your new pet will eat, sleep, play and your backyard if applicable. If your home check approved, our adoption coordinator will schedule a phone interview to go over any questions and/or concerns you may have and to schedule a day and time for a meet and greet. If the meet and greet goes well you may take the dog home for a 7 day adoption trial. If you feel the dog is still a great fit after the trial, the adoption is finalized by signing the adoption contract and paying the adoption fee which includes the dogs spay/neuter, microchip, and core vaccines.
