Meet Flash, a sweet one-year-old, 30 lb. whippet/carolina dog mix with the most infectious personality and adorable smile. After being at-risk in the shelter, this little guy traveled all the way from SC to CT to find his furever home and he cannot wait to meet you!

Flash is a playful ball of energy! He is always up for an adventure and loves running around the yard, exploring, rolling in the grass, and being with his people. He is a social butterfly and will roll right over for belly rubs the moment he meets you. Like most whippets, Flash has a lot of energy and will require an active family ready to provide him with plenty of exercise and enrichment.

He is great with everyone he meets, including other dogs, cats, and older children. Flash is housetrained, walks well on leash, and is a fast learner. He is a an escape artist so he MUST go to a home with a fenced yard of at least 6ft.+ (no exceptions). Dog experience would also be a plus.
