Fiona Australian Cattle Dog / Blue Heeler Mix Manhattan, KS

Fiona is a 14-month-old Australian Cattle Dog mix that was adopted as a pup from the Lawrence Kansas Humane Society. She is spayed and current with her shots. She is currently an inside dog with a lot of exposure to the outside through doggie daycare, numerous dog park outing and walks on the golf course. She has been loved and nurtured by his family.

Fiona would be okay with any sized dog. She is somewhat submissive, but will stand up for herself. Fiona will bark at squirrels, other dogs and people walking by. When asked to stop, she will. She knows basic commands and is very smart.

When the owner is not home, she is sequestered to the kitchen area and does pretty well there. She is 95-100% potty trained with the occasional accident if the owner is away for longer than 8 hours. She knows to go into his kennel at night.

Finn is Fiona's brother. They are from the same litter and have always been together, so it would be wonderful if they could go to the same loving home! However, due to their youth, they would do okay on their own.
