Meet Finn!

A charming six-year-old Labrador Retriever mix from Newtown Square, PA, whose golden coat and soulful eyes are the perfect match for his affectionate and gentle nature. This medium-sized boy, weighing in at a solid fifty-five pounds, is a bundle of love wrapped in fur, with a heart as big as his playful spirit!

Finn is the epitome of a perfect companion! His friendly demeanor shines brightly in every encounter, whether it’s with people, children, or other dogs. He’s the type who will greet you with a wagging tail and a nuzzle, eager to share in the joy of the day! However, Finn has a tender side too—he’s a bit skittish around dogs who show aggressive tendencies, so he prefers to be in the company of calm and friendly canine companions.

One of Finn’s greatest joys is his daily walks. He gets excited at the mere mention of the word, ready to embark on his twice-a-day adventure with his leash in tow! And speaking of leashes, Finn is quite the curious fellow, always keen to follow any intriguing scent that crosses his path, so a leash is a must when exploring the great outdoors. Despite his love for walks, Finn is a laid-back companion at home. He’s house-trained and doesn’t have accidents, even if left alone for several hours. You’ll often find him cozied up in his bed or lounging on the couch, awaiting your return with a sleepy gaze.

Finn is also a master at charming his way into your heart—especially if there’s a treat involved. He’ll happily roll over or trot to his bed for the promise of a dog biscuit or dental chew! But his favorite moments are the quiet ones, where he can rest his head in your lap and soak up all the love and attention you’re willing to give.

Car rides are another of Finn’s pleasures, but he insists on riding shotgun, where he can keep an eye on the world as it passes by. He’s not one for the back seat—Finn knows where the action is! Although he’s lived in the countryside and isn’t too familiar with busy traffic, he’s adaptable and eager to experience new adventures with his future family.

Finn’s ideal home would be one where he can enjoy one-on-one attention, plenty of walks, and, of course, lots of head rubs! His new family will need to keep up with his routine ear cleanings, but in return, they’ll be rewarded with endless love and companionship.
