Finn Boxer Texarkana, TX

FINN, is a gorgeous male brindle and a happy Boxer. He is 6 months old (dob 10/5/18) and 35-40 lbs,. He was an Owner Surrender due to family changes. He is skinny, LOVES to eat, active, and going through a growth spurt. We are estimating he will be 55-60 lbs full grown. He is now recovered from neuter, UTD on shots/rabies, microchipped, and on heartworm prevention.

He is doing great in his foster home in Cabot, AR, with a little senior female dog (has learned to stay back from her) and a male Boxer. He is jealous of other dogs getting attention and will run in front of them. So he is not the one if you have a jealous dog. He is crate trained and needs to be crated when you are not home. He sleeps very well in his crate. He is potty trained but not 100%, so Adopter needs to be patient. He has all the Boxer puppy energy, rough play, curiosity, and puppy spirit. He goes to doggie daycare and does great playing with the other dogs. He loves dog toys!! He is finding his bark and will bark if sees something different at the neighbor's or someone comes in the house, but makes friends fast. FINN knows "no" and "lay down" when it is time to chill out.

He needs an active family who has time to spend with him and give him lots of exercise. If there are kids or grandkids, they need to be age 8 and older with large dog experience. He is good with small and large dogs, and cats. Foster Mom reported that he needs another big friendly dog that will play with him and be his buddy.
