The best things in life are rescued! My name is Finley Buddy and my brother (River Buddy) and I were rescued at the Finley river by a sweet couple who were camping. They brought me to their house to help me find my forever. I am a very handsome 9 month old male chocolate Labrador Retriever. I am a very high energy, hard playing pup. I love to fetch all day too! I am house, crate and good on a leash. Walks are a fun thing to do! Mostly I love following my people around the house....going wherever they go! I get along with other dogs, kids, but like to bark at cats. Because I have so much energy, I might easily knock over little ones. I will need a house with a fenced yard, and not an apartment. I know the command "sit" an am learning "lay down" "stay", "drop it" and "leave it".
Another young dog friend would be great so that we could play all day together, however, I would be fine as an only dog too! I am a smart dog and if you can just get thru the puppy phase with me, I will be a wonderful family dog. I will need a family committed to my continued training! My adoption fee is $150 and includes my spay/neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip!
