Poor Fetty was abandoned at a New Kensington home. His owners moved away and left him tied to the front porch. But that doesn't stop him from being the sweetheart that he is! Fetty can be shy at times, but enjoys nothing more than being close to people. He walks well on a leash and likes to carry his toys along with him! He enjoys giving people kisses! In fact, he'll give you as many as you'd like! We estimate Fetty to be about 4 years old. He is patient and loyal. If you're willing to take the time to get to know this sweet guy, you're sure to fall in love!
