Meet Fendi<br/><br/>Fendy is a feisty Frenchie with the cutest markings and a zest for life.<br/><br/>Fendi was surrendered to rescue so he could get the care and time he needs. He lost the use of his hind legs this summer, but you’d never know it—he’s quick in his wheelchair, confident when he scoots, and always ready for fun.
