Meet Felony

This is Felony, and we named her that because the shape she was in when she came to us was a complete crime. Covered head to toe in thick mats and foxtails, Felony was in severe pain. Felony has come along way, but really needs someone who will be patient with her as she has been through some rough experiences. She is going to require an adult only home, and should NOT be placed with or be around children . We think she is about three years old, and a Shih Tzu-mix.
