Hi, my name is Felix. I'm a happy, healthy, handsome guy, who is estimated to be 2 years old and weigh about 50 pounds. At the shelter, I have participated in several play groups with other dogs, where I have gotten along with most of them. Therefore, I would do well in a multi-dog home, but should meet other dogs in the home prior to adoption to make sure we all get along. I've spent some time in a foster home, where I love to run and play, but I also enjoy relaxing when hanging out with my person. Because I can jump fences, I may try to escape if I'm left alone. However, if someone is with me, I will stay put. Therefore, I will do best in a secure yard or covered kennel area, when left alone. I'm a sweet, sensitive boy, who is young and playful. I am housebroken and have displayed good house manners in my foster home. I sleep through the night peacefully and quietly and my foster mom says I am super affectionate and loving. I am learning how to be crate trained, ride well in the car, and love to go for walks. Because I have shown a desire to chase cats, a home without them might be best. I could also benefit from some training with a patient owner to teach me not to pull so hard on a leash. My foster mom says the cutest part about me is my adorable face. She thinks I have very loving eyes. She also loves the fact that I so easily bonded to her. For more information or to set up an appointment to meet me, please call my foster mom, Michelle, at 510-589-7341. My adoption fee has been PREPAID by a generour donor! You will only need $25 for my first year dog license if you live in Jackson County.
