You must be 25 yrs of age or older to adopt through us. We are in the Rochester NY area and adopt dogs out locally. We do not ship dogs and you must live in area.

Felix: chi/minpin and ??? mixed breed puppy. Born May 1st 2020. Expected to be anywhere from 10 to 20 lbs (mom is 10 lbs and no clue who daddy was). As a puppy training will be up to adopter. Due to small size we would prefer to place with kids 4 yrs of age or older. While a fence is not required we always favor homes that offer one for them to safely play and run in. You must be in the Rochester NY area (within 45 min drive of city) to adopt. No acceptions. Will be going in to be altered end of July (12 wks) and available for adoption after spay/neuters, vaccines, and chipping. They can join families sooner under special contract. An adoption application must be filled out if interested in meeting pup.
Felix is also 4.2 pounds and same as max and roger, very active, knows stairs and sleeps through the night. Is potty trained to go outside. Learning how to sit with treats

All animals are kept in foster homes so there is no shelter for you to visit animal. Please go to https://new2urescue.org/adoption/adoption-application/ if you would like to meet the foster animal or learn more.

All our dogs have been spayed/neutered; treated for worms; heartworm tested (if age appropriate); treated for fleas/ticks; microchip; and examined by veterinarian and given age appropriate vaccinations. We take every effort to ensure the health of the animal and you will receive a copy of all vet work performed.

Adoption fees:
Puppy to 1 yr of age: $350 to $400
1 yr to 6 yrs of age: $250 -$400
6 yrs to 8 yrs of age: $200 -350
Over 9 yrs of age: Adoption fee varies
*NOTE* Purebreds and Designer breeds, regardless of age are $325 to $400
