Meet Faye – The Life of the Paw-ty!
This 22-week-old, 30-pound Catahoula mix is equal parts brainy, bouncy, and heart-meltingly sweet. Faye is the total package — super smart, incredibly loving, and always ready to make a new friend (whether they walk on two legs or four!).

She’s already a training superstar, mastering her basic commands with ease thanks to her sharp mind and love of treats. Faye is crate-trained, nearly house-trained, and sleeps through the night like a dream — no midnight mischief here!

What really sets Faye apart? Her amazing social skills. She spent time as a beloved class pet for 21 first graders (!), where she proved to be calm, adaptable, and endlessly gentle. Around other pups, she’s a playful, respectful, tail-wagging dynamo who gets along with dogs of all sizes.

Whether she’s zooming around the yard with her foster siblings, chilling quietly in her crate, or charming the neighborhood with her sweet eyes and wiggly butt, Faye is ready to bring joy, laughter, and snuggles to her forever home.

If you would like to be considered as a potential adopter for one of our great dogs, please go to our website- www.luckymuttsrescue.org and submit an application. Our application process includes landlord approval and vet checks. Please make sure all of your information is current and accurate, including a valid email address and phone numbers. Inaccuracies and/or incomplete data will delay and/or cancel your application. We strive to process all applications in a timely manner, but with the high volume of applications we are receiving, it is taking anywhere from 1-3 weeks. You may be contacted via email if there are concerns or questions. Once all of your information is reviewed and if your application is approved, you will be notified via email. Submitting an application and receiving an approval does not guarantee you will be adopting the dog you applied for. Once you move to the meet and greet process, you will be contacted by the foster family to further discuss the dog, and answer questions you may have, and if applicable, a meet and greet will be set up at our adoption center. Meet and greets are only set up with approved applicants, and we require all members in the household to be present, as well as any current dogs in the home. Meet and greets take place at our adoption center located in Milwaukee. If you are proceeding with adopting a Lucky Mutt, we will require the dog to have a Martingale collar at the time of adoption, to ensure the dogs safety during the transition to a new home.
