Farro Shih Tzu Mix Cumming, GA

Farro was part of a pack of 11 little dogs running freely through a rural GA town. He has very little human social skills but loves other dogs. He’s probably never had human contact and needs someone understanding that will work with him and build trust. Farro does great in a crate but needs a watchful eye in the home when it comes to potty training. A fenced in yard is a must have as the outside world is more than he can handle at this point in his trust building journey. Farro will need a home that understands where he is coming from and preferably has another dog he can follow.

Your Current Pets - We do require that all of your current dogs and cats are current on vaccines and spayed/neutered.

Adoptions - We do not have a shelter and are a foster-home based organization. We do require that you have an approved adoption application to schedule a meet and greet. You can fill out an adoption application on our website, www.herorescue.org/adopt. Once your application is approved it will be sent to the foster family that is currently caring for the dog. They will be able to provide information on likes, dislikes, personality, etc. They will also schedule a time for you to meet the dog. We do require a homecheck prior to adoption.
