Fantastic is just that - a fantastic pooch! He's a young, handsome guy whose pleading eyes are irresistible! This poor boy was once a stray, who was adopted, but now his owner is no longer able to keep him. With love and care, he's a wiggly and happy boy. Fantastic leans into pettings and asks for affection. He has been introduced to other dogs and seems eager to engage but he's not too fond of the pushy dogs so slow intros will be needed.
