Falcon reflects these traits beautifully — he’s housetrained, walks well on leash, and is a great candidate for outdoor adventures. Whether it’s hiking, camping, or swimming, Falcon is all in and would love a human or family who shares his love for nature and activity.<br/><br/>Falcon is still young and sometimes shows his excitement by jumping up, especially during greetings or playtime. Please note, in order to create a calm environment for our adoptable animals, we use appointment system for viewings. This ensures that the animals are not stressed out by having too many visitors, and that our potential adopters are well-served by our Animal Care Attendants. How to Adopt a Pet: Step 1 - View the pets available online and fill in an adoption application form (see link below). Step 2 - Email the application form to: animal.shelter@vancouver.ca Step 3 - If you're a match, we will email you to arrange a viewing appointment. If you're coming to view a dog, please note the following: You will be able to take it for a walk at the viewing appointment. When you visit, please bring everyone who lives in the home, including children. If you already own a dog, you'll need to bring them too. Please let our staff know if advance if you have another dog, as we will need to be adequately prepared for a dog meet-up.
