Fairytale Terrier Mix Thompson's Station, TN

Fairytale is an approximately 1-2 year old female terrier mix that weighs 11 pounds. She came into our program with her two, 2 week old pups and has been a wonderful momma to them. This sweet girl enjoys her short walks, warm sweaters, and since weaning her pups has also begun to play with the other dogs in her foster home. Fairytale is a good companion dog but loves mainly to sit with her human and be where you are. She is in a foster home without children but we feel she would do fine with older children because of her size. She can be a bit vocal but does respond to correction if you stay on top of it. For this reason, she isn't the best fit for apartment or shared living situations. Fairytale has improved dramatically with her housetraining skills since her pups are no longer nursing. She will need someone at home willing to put in the time to continue her training and keep her on a regular schedule. Fairytale is set to be spayed in a week and will be ready for her forever home.

Fairytale is up to date on shots and preventatives and is microchipped. Her adoption fee is $250 plus any additional donation you feel appropriate. Our adoption fee is set to a level to make adoptions happen. They do not cover our costs. Thank you for your generosity and interest in our dogs!

All dogs adopted locally through SGDR receive a free six-week session of obedience classes and a lifetime of behavior support through our Project REWARD program with trainer Ashley Reum.
