Eyrie's Story

Eyrie was scheduled to be euthanized at a high kill shelter in May due to being EXPOSED (not positive) for distemper. We pulled him and well he’s thriving.

His foster has been working with him on his leash walking- he’s a STRONG PULLER, but she’s been working with him. He gets overly excited when he sees new people and dogs out because he wants to play. He is dog and people friendly (LOVES KIDS). He hasn’t been cat tested. He is fully vetted and neutered. He’s so ready for his forever home. His foster has some travel coming up and we’d love to find a home he can crash at when she’s gone. He is house trained. He would thrive with an active family and fenced in yard. He does chew so having enrichment toys are a must for him. His foster believes part of his chewing is due to not being able to run and exhaust some of his energy (she does not have a fenced in yard)

If you’re interested in Eyrie, please complete our placement application:

https://rubiesandrogues.com/pages/placement-application

This is to ensure that the information provided in the placement application aligns with the actual home setting. Depending on the animal and their needs multiple meet and greets may be required.
