Meet the lovely, lively Evie! She is 4 months old (born 4th of July), weighs 20 lbs and is quite the beauty. This girl is a parvo survivor and is set on living life to the fullest. She appears to be a wheaten collie mix and definitely has the smarts and energy of her breed. Evie loves to play with other dogs, will happily play fetch, and is willing to tag along for yard chores. Her foster house has three large dogs, all of whom she has enjoyed playing chase with. Great with children 6 yrs old and up. She is well on her way to being potty trained, and she is kenneled at night. Evie wants to be loved so, so much. She often throws herself on her back in front of her foster family for just. One. More. Belly. Rub! Evie is still young and is learning to not jump up on people's legs. If you're looking for a partner to adventure with, explore the farm alongside, or a very trainable athlete, Evie is your girl! NOTE: If an application is approved, the person will be contacted via email.



An application must be filled out and accepted before a meet can be set up. If accepted, you will hear from us within 72 hours. You will have the opportunity to ask questions before you meet the pet; an adoption may or may not happen at that time.
We do adopt outside the Yakima area IF you are able to come to Yakima to pick up your adopted pet. We do not have a kennel facility; all of our pets are in foster homes. Therefore, meets and adoptions take place at either our office or at a place chosen by the adoption coordinator.
If a pet has 'Adoption Pending' beside its name, an adoption is imminent. Please fill out an application anyway because adoptions don't always go through.
Your application will be kept on file for 30 days in case you find another pet you'd like to apply for.
