Evie's Story
Looking for a fun, active companion to keep you on your toes? Meet Evie-- a spirited young 2 year old (that weighs 62lbs) with a big heart and and even bigger love for squeaky toys. Whether it's chewing on a squeaky ball or playing a game of fetch (without expecting her to bring it back), it's her favorite time of day! Evie is full of energy and is always up for an adventure. She's strong on leash, but responds well to guidance and is learning quickly with consistency. She can be a bit shy while meeting new dog friends., but once she warms up, her playful side shines through. Evie previously lived with a cat and did well, so she may be a good fit for a feline-friendly home. She would thrive with an active adopter who can help her continue to build confidence and channel her energy in positive ways.

She's fixed, vaccinated, microchipped and up to date on parasite preventatives. She is $175 to bring home!

If you are interested, please call the shelter at (541) 474-5458. You can view more adoptable pets at www.jocoshelter.com/adoptions . Walk-ins are welcome, however we highly recommend calling first to check on availability and location (some animals may be offsite or unavailable). Appointments are recommended to reduce wait times, especially for dogs. Thank you!
