Adoption fee is $650.00 this covers the spay/neuter, DHPP vaccination, Bordetella vaccination, rabies vaccination (if old enough), Heartworm test and deworming with Triple wormer, Baycox treatment, revolution (or like depending on whats available due to shortages) and dental if deemed necessary by the veterinarian

Please print this reference for your vet to sign and initial. You will NOT be considered for adoption if you do not have a preexisting relationship with a veterinarian. We do not adopt to first time pet owners.
If you meet these qualifications and decide to proceed with the inquiry please text 417-693-7555 (preferred) or email a copy of the completed reference to CRSDKE@AIM.COM. If the dog has been altered they can go home the same day. If you request we hold the dog for more than 48 hours there will be a $100.00 non-refundable deposit required.
Once the veterinarian reference is provided an appointment can be made and the dog/puppy will be changed to adoption pending. Until that time it is possible that someone else could provide the reference and make the appointment.
