Meet Ernie
Ernie is a 11 year old, 20lb Terrier mix. He is a calm pup looking for a home without other dogs, would be his preference. Ernie walks great on leash and enjoys his walks. He would do great at dog friendly events and restaurants. He is almost completely blind – may see shadows - and is diabetic. Ernie gets insulin injections twice daily in 12 hour intervals (any deviation from the times will be harmful to him). Ernie loves being around people. Ernie eats great and lets you know when he needs to go outside. Ernie loves to be outside sniffing around like a sleuth looking for his next clue.
