Born November 27, 2017 Ernie is a male Pug looking for a forever home! Here is a little bit about him: Ernie loves to snuggle with humans and enjoys being hidden under blankets and pillows. If he had the option, he would sleep under the covers with his humans in their bed however he does good sleeping in a doggie bed with a blanket. He will try to get in bed though :) He is amazing with kids! He enjoys other dogs as long as they don’t reach for his stuffies (he loves them and enjoys carrying them where ever he goes). He doesn’t chew and is totally potty trained- not one accident)! He likes to go on walks with a leash but does run when loose and is still learning the word ‘come.’ He is very friendly - loves to say hi to everyone and give kisses if they let him. He does shed- but it is manageable. He is pretty quiet in the house without commotion but with dings or rings or loud noises, he does bark. He also likes to talk to other dogs through ‘bark.’ He had a broken paw which has healed but he does sometimes walk and run holding it off the ground. Like all Mikey's Chance dogs, this dog will come to you from a foster home that has provided loving one-on-one attention, socialization and some basic training, as well as quality food and exercise.
