Hi, my name is Emersyn and I go by Emmy. I am a 60 lb, 2-4 year old German Shepherd/Great Pyrenees mix. I am severely underweight due living on my own out in the big wide world, but I am trying my best to grow stronger.
My foster mom doesn’t know how long I was by myself before I came to my foster home, but she thinks it was quite a while. I was so scared that I wouldn’t let anyone touch me! Now I stand taller, my tail wags constantly, I am playful, I love to snuggle, and I will even jump up and give my foster family the biggest hugs. I love to love and be loved!
I am not the best with other animals because of my time surviving on my own. I am fearful and sometimes see them as threats. I would do best in a home without other dogs or cats.
I am house trained, kennel trained, and leash trained. I know basic commands and am learning more every day. I am so smart!
I am spayed and up to date on my vaccinations! All I need now is a safe and loving home.
